Programme wallets
Every programme holds a funding wallet and a collection account, so bank money, anchor payments and supplier balances never mix.
SIRE is the settlement layer beneath every SokoStack facility. It holds programme wallets, converts currency at live rates, applies rail fees, routes disbursements to supplier accounts and clears buyer payments through the repayment waterfall.
Every programme holds a funding wallet and a collection account, so bank money, anchor payments and supplier balances never mix.
Conversions are quoted at live rates with the rail fee and net settlement amount shown before the instruction is released.
Inbound anchor payments clear fees, discount and principal in order, then release any surplus to the supplier automatically.
Signed inbound feeds from the bank match payments to programmes and facilities without manual reconciliation.
Fund
The bank funds the programme wallet for approved disbursements.
Convert
Cross-currency instructions are quoted at live rates with fees shown.
Route

Collect

Clear
The waterfall settles the facility and posts every leg to the ledger.

Does SIRE hold client money?
Funds sit in bank-held programme accounts. SIRE instructs and records movements; it is not a deposit taker.
Which rate is applied?
The live mid-market rate at instruction time plus a stated margin. Both are shown on the quote and stored on the ledger entry.
What if a payment cannot be matched?
It is held as unallocated in the programme collection account and flagged in the SIRE console for an operator to assign.
